Set up in three steps
Book 75 minutes with three to eight people. One person shares their screen and types for the team.

Claude: create a Project and upload the files. ChatGPT: create a project and add the files. On a free plan, paste in the single-file version instead.

Gather the team
Put your team in a room or on a call, with one person sharing the screen as Scribe.

Start the drill
Type
let's drill. The Game Master takes it from there, and writes the After-Action Report at the end.
