Refunds

Calmdrill products are digital files, delivered the moment you pay, so all sales are final. We can’t take a download back, which is why the first scenario and the full Game Master are free: try the starter pack or the five-minute drill before you buy.

If the law where you live gives you a right to cancel or to a refund that can’t be excluded, that right stands. Where the law allows, you agree when you buy that delivery starts immediately and that the right to cancel ends once the files are made available to you.

If a file is damaged, missing or not what the page described, email hello@calmdrill.com with your order email and we will put it right, by replacing the file or refunding you.
